Shawna Shea Film Festival

The Shawna Shea Film Festival celebrates independent films and the people who make them. Established in 2012 as a program of the Shawna E. Shea Memorial Foundation Inc., SSFF honors Shawna's unique independent spirit by bringing audiences films that share the same quality.

Congratulations to the WIFVNE members with films in the program! 

On September 21:

• in the shorts #2 program:  THREE AM by Karin Trachtenberg 
• WALLIE'S GALS, a feature by Mary C. Ferrara, before which the short OCEAN's CHILD by Marilyn Swick will screen
• TRAUMA BOND by Jaina Cipriano screens before the 7pm feature

On September 23:

• in the horror shorts program:  DEVIL ON DERBY STREET by Luke St. Germaine
• in the shorts program #4:  ONE ROOM by Rachel Thomas-Medwid

• Miriam Olken for JAW (short screenplay)
• Mary C. Ferrara for GIRL ALOUD (feature length screenplay)
