In February 2022, teams of filmmakers from across Maine braved the winter chill to write, shoot, and edit original short films in only 72 hours. Assigned a requisite prop (playing cards), line of dialogue (“It’s not what it looks like”), and genre, the teams tackled this creative challenge to produce 20 unique visual stories. Learn more here!

Don’t forget to bring your camp chair and mask! ADMISSION: By donation – $5 suggested donation // MFA Members are welcome to attend for free! FOOD/BEVERAGE: BYO snacks/dinner. No outside beverages except water, please. Urban Farm Fermentory will be selling their delicious cider, kombucha, mead, jun, and beer. PARKING: Plenty of parking on the street, and there is a parking lot immediately after the amphitheater on the left. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Please note that this event will follow the letter and the spirit of prevailing safety guidelines, including crowd limits, physical distancing, and face mask recommendations.
