The 30th Woods Hole Film Festival will take place from Saturday, July 31 through Saturday, August 7, 2021. The Woods Hole Film Festival is dedicated to presenting the best independent film from emerging filmmakers from around the world. Over the past 30 years, the Woods Hole Film Festival has presented thousands of films to Woods Hole audiences, adapting and growing each year.
The film program includes 150 films selected from submissions from around the world: 22 feature narratives and 30 feature documentaries and 51 short drama, 16 comedies, 23 documentaries and 8 animations. The Festival will present 22 World Premieres, 7 North American Premieres, 3 US Premieres and 65 New England Premieres from 22 countries and 86 filmmakers are women, 68 are men.
