Keynote Speaker: Maria Giese, Filmmaker & Activist

Women directors remain a fraction of the filmmakers in Hollywood, the world's largest entertainment and culture-making machine. That vivid inequality is central to a heated gender discrimination battle and filmmaker/activist Maria Giese is leading the charge. Hear how Giese instigated Hollywood’s gender equality movement through groundbreaking legal action. See clips from the upcoming documentary THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING featuring leading voices of women in Hollywood, including Geena Davis, Meryl Streep, Sandra Oh, Jessica Chastain, and many other ambassadors of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements. Find out what each of us can do to change the gender equation!
